Game Day Marinated Flank Steak

Hey, it's Briana! My little family and I are in California right now, so sorry for the lack of posts on my part. I do have a recipe that I saved up to share with you while I was away though! This marinated flank steak would be great to make on Game Day (good idea, Kara!) or you could make it just because. It's really juicy and has mucho flavor.

Recipe:

2-3 pound flank steak/london broil
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 soy sauce
3 TBS red wine vinegar
2 TBS worcestershire sauce
2 TBS fresh lemon juice (add this if you have it on hand)
2 garlic cloves, minced

Combine all marinade ingredients in a ziploc bag. Add flank steak and seal bag. Allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours. When that time has lapsed, preheat grill to medium-high heat. Using tongs, remove flank steak from bag and lay on hot grill. Grill each side for 6-7 minutes per side. Transfer to a cutting board and let the flank steak rest for 5 minutes. Cut steak across the grain into thin diagonal slices. Serve immediately and enjoy!

I can tell I'm going to love this one! Why is steak so delicious? I think I will have a game day (Scrabble, Rummikub, Yahtzee) tomorrow and make it. What a champ Briana, delivering deliciousness while on vacation. What a pal. Hope your having a blast in D-land.
