Happy Monday! How was your weekend? My family celebrated my brother Jason's birthday and for dessert Kara made a perfect coconut cream pie. Man, that girl can bake! I made a buttermilk cake to serve with Utah Peaches and fresh whipped cream. I also made a small pan of key lime bars. I was hoping to share the buttermilk cake with you today, but it didn't quite turn out how I was hoping. I think I may have over baked it. I don't want to post it until I can be sure. Mmm, peaches are my absolute fave. I need a peach tree. Peaches and milk is my favorite breakfast meal, and any dessert with peaches in it is a winner. Alright, I'm off to go buy some peaches.
