Peanut-Butter Cup S'mores

We made S'mores in the oven over the weekend, but instead of using Hershey's chocolate bars we used Reese's peanut-butter cups and Rolos. Now this is a S'more to get excited about! Here is what you do:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cut as many jumbo marshmallows as you need in half.

Lay out graham crackers on a foil lines baking sheet (Honey Maid Fresh Stackers). Place a single Reese's p.b. cup on each cracker.

Place two cut marshmallows on top of the p.b. cup, sticky side down.
Take a picture of a happy baby.
Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until chocolate is melting and marshmallow is beginning to toast.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for a minute or two. Put another graham cracker on top or eat them open-faced like we do. Follow these same instructions for the Rolos (use three Rolo's per S'more).

Hope you had a summery weekend too! Thanks for stopping by today!

Oh man, I need to see those girls of yours - I love them. And I love oven-baked s'mores! I was skeptical at first, but they toast up nicely. I also like those Fresh Stackers (or whatever they're called) - I'm the worst at breaking graham crackers for s'mores. Have you seen the new marshmallows that are square shaped to fit a s'more perfectly?! They're the best! My sister-in-law brought them camping a couple of weeks ago and I was in heaven.
