Quick Beef Stroganoff

This was dinner at our house a few nights ago and it did not disappoint!  Quick and flavorful!  A family favorite for sure!

1-1 1/2 pounds 93% lean ground beef
1 (16 oz) tub of sour cream
2 (10 oz) cans cream of mushroom soup
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
salt to tastes
2 (8 oz) bags no yolk egg noodles

Brown the lean beef in a large saute pan.  No need to drain fat!  Add the sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, red pepper and salt.  Mix thoroughly and simmer on low, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.  Prepare noodles as suggested on the bag!  Enjoy!

I had a dream about making stroganoff last night and realized I did not have a recipe in the crazy that I am seeing this now!
