It's going to be hard to say goodbye to summer. It's really starting to feel like fall around here-- I am starting to warm up to the idea, though. The leaves have already begun to change in the mountains and it's lovely! Fall is usually a short-lived season here in Utah, but I'm hoping it lingers longer this year. I'm looking forward to pulling out the Halloween decor, making hot soups and baking some bread in the coming weeks (hopefully my foot will allow). I'm even thinking about getting a bread maker. Do any of you have a bread maker? Are they magically amazing?
Anywhoo, here are some recipes and things that I'm loving. Enjoy!
Roasted Tomato Soup w/ Broiled Cheddar. FAN-TASTIC.
